EQUIPMENT & SPACE
– Vendor space is limited to a 6ft rectangle.
– Vendors must provide their own 6ft table and all decorations. Note: Due to limited availability, tables will be offered to the first 10 businesses to register.
– Chairs will be provided by Wayland Baptist Church.
– If you require special accommodations, please contact Sister Raven S. Berry.
SETUP & ARRIVAL
– Vendors must arrive and set up between 9:00a.m. to 11:00a.m.
– All vendors must complete their set up by 11:00a.m.
– There will be someone onsite directing vendors.
BREAKDOWN
– Vendor breakdown is from 1:30p.m. to 2:30p.m.
– Each vendor is expected to set up their site, keep the site clean, and break down their site appropriately and within the allotted amount of time.
– All trash must be taken to the trash receptacles on the premises.
– The church is not responsible for your trash at the end of the event.
PARKING/UNLOADING
– Vendors can park and unload their equipment at the Fairview Ave. entrance of the church.
– Vendors must park their vehicles as soon as all equipment is unloaded.
– There will be someone onsite directing traffic.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
– Please remember you are responsible for your items/personal belongings.
– If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, the backup date is Sunday, March 9, 2025 (10th).
FOOD VENDORS
– Food vendors must be licensed and certified by the State of Maryland. Proof of certification must be emailed to Sister Raven S. Berry or Jerrod Hinton by February 9, 2025.
– Since this is an indoor event, grills or any other cooking method requiring grease are prohibited.
Kitchen– All food must be cooked and prepared prior to the event. Vendor must provide all necessary care of food at the event. Kitchen is available for tap water only.
Water– Running water is available on the grounds at no charge. However, we encourage vendors to bring additional gallons of water for convenience.
Grey Water– Bins/trash cans will be provided for dumping grey water. Vendors must dump their own grey water in designated bins/trash cans.
